Crystal graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has over 20 years working with a variety of populations and varying environments. Crystal has worked with adults, families, and children within the home and foster care environment, the school setting, the community, and outpatient settings.
She specializes in trauma, domestic violence, addiction, depression, anxiety, women’s issues. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Crystal believes in creating a judgment free, safe space that is welcoming to all individuals. Through her compassion and advocacy, she strives to help others feel empowered and fight against injustices in their own lives. She has a passion for helping clients become the versions of themselves they strive to be.
