COVID-19 Update: Our practice is currently using a secure HIPAA compliant platform to provide TeleHealth sessions.

What to expect

When you schedule your first appointment we'll ask for your contact and insurance information.

We'll call your insurance provider to check on your benefits and then we'll follow up with an email to you that includes our initial paperwork, date and time of appointment, clinician's name and your insurance benefit information so that you know exactly what to expect up front.

We also keep your credit card on file to make payment transactions seamless.

All credit cards that are not HSA’s will be charged a 4% service fee to cover the transaction cost. Effective June 1, 2019.

We participate with many insurance plans including:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Blue Care Network

  • Priority Health

  • Aetna

  • Military One Source

  • ASR/Physicians Care

  • TriCare

This means that if we submit claims on your behalf, we will accept what these insurance companies pay, minus any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered benefits.

As of January 1, 2020 we will no longer be billing secondary insurances. You will be responsible for the primary insurance rate, and then it will be your responsibility to submit EOB’s to your secondary insurance for your reimbursement.

If we don't accept your insurance, we're happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance provider and assist you in seeking out-of-network reimbursement.  You will pay the full session fee at the time of service and your insurance company will send you a check for the percentage that they cover.
