Gina's approach is laid back and non judgmental with a sense of humor, quick wit and sarcasm thrown in. She won't just sit there and nod. She's honest and an active participant in the room with you. She'll support you and hold hope when you feel like you cannot find it yourself. She'll help ground you as the expert of your life and remind you that everything you need is already within you. She's passionate about helping you live the life you want and deserve without having to carry the burden of the past.

Gina's a licensed Master's Level Clinical Social Worker with additional professional accreditation from the National Association of Social Workers. She has extensive experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, behavioral challenges and life coaching as well as issues due to trauma.  She is also trained in EMDR therapy, a researched based treatment model that has been shown to reduce the symptoms of PTSD and other traumatic events and injuries.  

In addition, Gina has a Sexual Health (Sex Therapy track) certificate from the University of Michigan.  This type of training equips her to be able to effectively address issues related to low libido, mismatched desire, pain during intercourse, gender identity or sexual orientation, and erectile dysfunction.

Gina is also a MI -NASW Certified Supervisor for any LLMSW’s who are needing supervision for their licensure.
